PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting drive device which is formed especially flat, is equipped with an emergency operation mechanism incorporated in a flat structure, and adjusts a movable constituent member.;SOLUTION: The ring gear 22 of a planetary gear transmission 2 has an external tooth arrangement 24, and is stored and guided by the cylindrical storage section 12 of a housing 7 through the external tooth arrangement 24.
