PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure both the opening width and shape of a single natural crack in a rock sample with high resolution and high accuracy, and to reduce the labor of time and costs required for measurement without losing the rock sample in measurement.;SOLUTION: By defining a rock sample having a single crack as a model, one of two transparent replica samples 14a and 14b whose crack is defined as a boundary is manufactured with colorless transparent resin, and the other is manufactured with transparent resin colored with dye, and the both transparent replicas are combined so that a crack 12 can be restored, and dye solution whose color is different from the color of the dye is filled in the crack so that a rock replica test piece 10 can be manufactured.
