PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-winding tube capable of efficiently winding glass fiber, suppressing damage of the glass fiber at the time of unwinding and obtaining desired quality of yarn with high durability and good working efficiency, and a glass fiber-bundle wound body consisting of this fiber-winding tube with the glass fiber wound around and a manufacturing method of the same. PSOLUTION: The fiber-winding tube 10 of the present invention comprises a plastic cylindrical body. An outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body is supported by a flat surface P. Pressing force of 7.78 g/mm is applied from a top line part of the outer peripheral surface facing to a position of the cylindrical body 10 supported by the flat surface P toward the flat surface so as to deform the cylindrical body 10. The ratio of a minor axis dimension DSB2/SBto a major axis dimension WSB2/SBof an elliptical shape formed by an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 10 is within the range of 0.35-0.50. The manufacturing method of the glass fiber-bundle wound body of the present invention is to wind the glass fiber bundle coated with bundling agent around the outer peripheral surface of the fiber-winding tube 10.
