PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a wavelength and to perform multiple wavelength oscillation at the same optical axis in a far-infrared gas laser of carbon dioxide laser excitation.;SOLUTION: A plurality of different excitation laser beams outputted from a plurality of excitation carbon dioxide gas laser devices 1 and 2 are input to one far-infrared laser equipment 3. The laser beams which have two different waveforms and take the same optical axis are output from one far-infrared laser equipment 3.
