PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of preparation of sample for mass spectrometry making possible for mass analysis of RNA of concentration of sub-pico order.;SOLUTION: The method of preparation of mass spectrometry sample is composed of following steps: the step S106 for supplying and drying the matrix solution containing 3-hydroxy picolinic acid of 10 to 50 mg/ml concentration on the sample plate, the step S107 for further supplying and drying the matrix solution to the place where the matrix solution has dried, the step S108 for supplying and drying the sample solution containing the ribonucleic acid to the place where the matrix solution has been supplied and dried two times, and the step S109 for supplying and drying the additive agent solution containing ammonium citrate to the place where the sample solution has been dried.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
