PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of generating an image file containing two RAW image data items with different resolutions through one time of photographing and further to provide an image processing device which enables image processing to be efficiently performed on RAW image data obtained in accordance with a purpose. PSOLUTION: An image file containing two RAW image data items with different resolutions through one time of photographing is generated as an image file together with size determination information inputted by a user. In image processing, any one of the two RAW image data items with different resolutions is processed in accordance with the size determination information.
