PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grounding body mounting structure to a brush cutter, capable of centering and fixing a grounding body to a driving shaft, which grounding body is grounded on the surface of the ground with a rotary blade rotating as a unit, on a condition not to project a positioning projecting part of the mounting position of a bush cutter to the lower part than the rotary blade. PSOLUTION: A grounding body 3 is formed to be outline bowl shaped by having a recessed part 12 surrounded with a mounting part 10 bored a shaft inserting hole 9, and a grounding part 11 to the ground surface A, projecting downward at the periphery of the mounting part 10. A centering element 4 bored with a shaft inserting hole 13 having the same diameter with a driving shaft 8 is set on the underside surface of the mounting part 10 of the grounding body 3, and the outer rim 4a of the centering element 4 is fitted and inserted to the inner peripheral surface 12a of the recessed part 12 of the grounding body 3, the driving shaft 8 is sequentially communicated through and fitted to a shaft inserting hole 9 of the grounding body 3 and the shaft inserting hole 13 of the centering element 4, and a nut 14 is fastened on a tip end of the driving shaft 8 stored in the recessed part 12.
