PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a compound that is a novel material for manufacturing an OLED (organic light emitting device), is stable both for oxidation and reduction, has a high Tg (glass transition temperature) and is easily formed into a glassy thin film.;SOLUTION: The light emitting device which has a charge transporting layer containing one or more kinds of metal complexes, is composed. More particularly, the device which includes a hole transporting layer, containing at least one kind of metal complex, is disclosed.
