PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nip fluctuation monitor and a nip fluctuation monitoring method for a printing machine, which enable a fluctuated state of a nip part to be monitored without the stop of the printing machine, and the printing machine and a nip adjusting method, which enable the automatic adjustment of the nip part.;SOLUTION: This printing machine comprises an ink supply means, a plurality of ink rollers which transfer ink to a plate cylinder via the ip part, a corresponding relationship storage means 32 for storing between a corresponding relationship between an image ratio of a printing pattern and the amount of ink supply, and a ink supply amount control means 20 for controlling the amount of ink supply on the basis of the corresponding relationship. The printing machine comprises a corresponding relationship updating means 31 for updating on the corresponding relationship on the basis of a printing result, a reference corresponding relationship setting means 42 for setting the reference corresponding relationship, and a nip fluctuation estimating means 41 for estimating the fluctuated state of the nip part on the basis of a difference between the reference corresponding relationship and the corresponding relationship updated by the means 31.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
