PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutter suppression device which effectively suppresses fixed clutter from range profiles of a wide-band radar.;SOLUTION: On reception of range profiles of a reflected wave of detection pulses of a radar, segment threshold determination means 12 segments each range profile into cells and determines whether or not an average value of intensity of the reflected wave in each of the cells has exceeded a prescribed threshold Th. Occurrence probability calculation means 13 counts a frequency with which the average value has exceeded the threshold Th in each cell, with respect to a prescribed number of detection pulses and calculates, from the count value, an occurrence probability that the average value of intensity of the reflected wave exceeds the threshold Th within a certain time in each cell. Weighted integral processing means 14 outputs an integral range profile for each cell with respect to a prescribed number of range profiles, by weighted integral with the occurrence probability in the cell as a weighting coefficient.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
