PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an administrative server, an image distribution control system, and an image distribution control method, capable of obtaining information about an image data format in any case by analyzing an image distribution request obtained from a terminal via a proxy server.;SOLUTION: An image distribution control system in the present invention includes a proxy server and a transcoder. The proxy server comprises: a network interface which relays a communication between a terminal and an image distribution server to perform a communication via a network; an image distribution request analyzing unit which, when receiving an image distribution request demanding a start of an image distribution from the terminal via the network interface, analyzes the image distribution request and extracts information about image types before sending the extracted information to the transcoder as the information about image types. The transcoder, based on an instruction from the proxy server, uses the received information about image types to perform various image data processing for the image data being distributed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
