PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction structure and a construction method for a pile, capable of largely securing the strength of the connection between the pile and a plurality of vertical reinforcements by a simple construction, without integrating the pile and the vertical reinforcements by welding at site.;SOLUTION: A footing 2, formed integrally with the pile head part 1A of the pile is provided with respect to the pile built underground. The plurality of vertical reinforcements 3 are fixed to the inside of the footing 2 and formed integrally with the pile. A fixing plate 4 is placed on the pile head part 1A. With the fixing plate 4 placed on the pile head part 1A and a filler concrete 5 filled in the pile head part 1A, the upper parts of a plurality of steel members, the bottom parts of which are buried in the filler concrete 5 are mechanically integrated to the fixing plate 4.
