PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side ditch block structure having adequate strength, allowing construction period and cost to be reduced with simplified fixing work in an environmentally friendly manner.SOLUTION: An upper beam and side walls 2 of a gate-shaped side ditch block are ablated at a predetermined height. A side ditch repair member comprises a flat base plate 51 having a width approximately equal to the ablated surface width of the side wall 2, which is placed on the ablated surface of the side wall, a lid holding part 53 that approximately vertically stands at the outside end 52 of the base plate 51 along the longitudinal direction, and an integrally arranged inside wall holding member 55 at the inside end 54, which is inclined corresponding to the inside wall so as to contact with the side wall inside. Pairs of the side ditch repair members are arranged at a plurality of opposed locations over the ablated surfaces of the both right and left side walls.
