PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the evaluation of a collateral value of a movable property in transportation.;SOLUTION: A computer executes the following steps: communicating with a terminal 205 at a transportation and distribution station to receive a piece of dispatch information including identification information of a dispatched movable property; communicating with a transportation tracking device 215 to receive tracking information including the identification information etc of the movable property in transportation; checking the identification information of the movable property included in the tracking information against the dispatch information in a storage 101 and extracting the identification information of the transportation and distribution stations of a sender and a receiver of the movable property to determine a combination pattern in a table 125; extracting information on a necessary transportation period for the combination pattern etc from the table 125 and comparing with the information on occurrence date of events included in the tracking information and calculating the ratio of an elapsed period with respect to the necessary transportation period to determine the transportation progression ratio; and multiplying the value of the determined transportation progression ratio with an original evaluation amount of money to calculate the collateral value of the movable property in transportation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
