PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Al-containing heat-resistant ferritic stainless steel sheet having excellent workability and oxidation resistance and also to provide its manufacturing method.;SOLUTION: The Al-containing heat-resistant ferritic stainless steel sheet with excellent workability and oxidation resistance is characterized in having: a composition composed of, by mass, 0.002 to 0.02% C, ≤0.02% N, 0.05 to 1.0% Si, ≤3.0% Mn, ≤0.04% P, ≤0.02% S, 10 to 25% Cr, 1.0 to 3.0% Al, 3×(C+N) to 20×(C+N)% of Ti, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities; and an oxide film of ≥15% Al content and 0.03 to 0.5 μm thickness on the surface.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
