PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optional viewpoint video generation device and an optional viewpoint video generation program, allowing generation of a high-quality interpolation video. PSOLUTION: This optional viewpoint video generation device 70 generating a video of a three-dimensional object 80 viewed from an optional virtual viewpoint by use of texture images obtained from a plurality of photographic points includes: a blend texture image selection means 40 selecting a plurality of texture images according to priority order based on a view line direction and a three-dimensional position of each photographic point, and a view line direction and a three-dimensional position of the virtual viewpoint; a blend texture image generation means 50 determining a blend rate based on the view line direction and the three-dimensional position in each photographic point, and the view line direction and the three-dimensional position of the virtual viewpoint, and blending the plurality of texture images to generate a blend texture image; and an interpolation video generation means 60 texture-mapping the blend texture image to a three-dimensional model 90, and generating the two-dimensional interpolation video of the object.
