PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar device, a target classification device, and a target classification program by which a successful classification result is acquired even without measuring absolute length between target structures when a part of a target in an ISAR image is missing or the like.;SOLUTION: A feature point setting part 531 generates reference relative position information from the acquired ISAR image based on reference distance between two specific feature points. In addition, a recalculation part 532 generates a plurality of relative position information samples based on a plurality of pieces of target shape information stored in a storage part 60.
