PSOLUTION: A management server 12 produces visit data, including visit-scheduled time when a visit is performed ON that day, calculates a delay time when delay by a sudden factor occurs, when business in a visit destination is completed, and notifies the non-visited customer included in the visit data of the visit-scheduled time calculated and based ON the delay time.
