PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming a high-definition CNT pattern without oxidizing the CNT at calcinating and that, without generating an organic component residue. PSOLUTION: The CNT pattern forming method is provided through a powder bed forming process forming a powder bed by coating and drying slurry including a carbon nanotube and a solvent on a base board, a binder printing process printing a binder with patterns by an inkjet method on the powder bed obtained by the powder bed forming process, a pattern forming process forming patterns of the powder bed by eliminating from the base board only a part of the powder bed with the binder not printed in the binder printing process, and a calcinating process calcinating patterns obtained from the pattern forming method.
