PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal structure image acquiring device, an internal structure image acquiring method, and an internal structure image acquiring program capable of easily and accurately acquiring an image of an internal structure of an object.;SOLUTION: A light source 30 and a camera 20 are controlled by the internal structure image acquiring device 200 to acquire a photographed image 10-A photographed by irradiating the light source 30 from a position A, and a photographed image 10-B photographed by irradiating the light source 30 from a position B.
