PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for displaying three-dimensional ocean waves, which reduces flickering and moire in drawing three-dimensional ocean waves and has high possibility of maintaining real-time property.;SOLUTION: The method for displaying three-dimensional ocean waves comprises calculating and shading three-dimensional ocean waves in pixel units using a computer graphics system having a CPU 11, a GPU 12, and a display 13. The CPU 11 creates a plurality of waveforms different in the attenuation of amplitude and in frequency, and also creates a composite wave by combining the plurality of waveforms.
