PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for continuously compensating an anti-ground electrostatic capacitance of a distribution line with a simple device configuration for a real time system of a non-grounded system.;SOLUTION: A variable reactor is inserted into a zero-phase circuit of a system through a ground transformer. An anti-ground electrostatic capacitance measuring device for a distribution line is provided based on a remaining zero-phase voltage. The anti-ground electrostatic capacitance of a distribution line is measured with a timer device at a predetermined timing. Based on the measurement result, the variable reactor is controlled. The variable reactor has a DC control winding and an AC main winding, and by adjusting control current of the DC control winding based on the measurement result of the anti-ground electrostatic capacitance, an inductance of the AC main winding is controlled.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
