PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify and reduce frequency components of high frequency electromagnetic vibration based on electrical signals output from a vibration sensor, and to diagnose a rolling bearing of a rotary machine using the data.SOLUTION: Among peak values of high frequency bands of detected vibration acceleration, levels of the peak values whose frequency interval between each peak is an integral multiple of a reference frequency interval are reduced, and higher harmonic wave vibration components that are generated in an inverter driving motor regardless of a rotational frequency of a rotary machine are removed.
