PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of divided moving-picture files with regard to a moving picture compressing apparatus and its operation control method.;SOLUTION: A hatched I frame is inserted at every 50 frames as a principle and the others are regarded as P frames. When a maximum data quantity received by a terminal equipment is 300 KB, the 0 to 144th frames whose data quantity after compressed does not exceed 300 KB, are regarded as a first division moving-picture file. A 145th frame is regarded as the I frame which is a header frame of the next division moving-picture file. The 145-289th frames are regarded as a second division moving-picture file, and 290th to 411th frames are regarded as a third division moving-picture file. Since the header frame of the division moving-picture file represents a perfect I frame, the moving picture is reproduced and the number of division is also reduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
