PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing plum wine that has an aroma and sharpness in the nature of plum, and is in crimson color.SOLUTION: The plum wine is obtained by combining predetermined contents of green plums, sweetener, distilled spirit having an alcohol content of ≥35 degree, charging appropriate amounts of cleaned plum branches or roots thereof, and preparing in a room temperature. Further, plum wine obtained by combining predetermined contents of green plums, sweetener, and distilled spirit having the alcohol content of ≥35 degree, and preparing in the room temperature, and the plum wine obtained in the above production method are diluted with water at predetermined compounding ratios.
