PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flame retardant that effectively increases the flame retardance of a resin molded article without impairing its mechanical properties, hardly impairs the high-temperature reliability of the resin molded article, has high adhesivity and is composed of a phosphazene compound.
