PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a walker from entering into a dangerous part where algae is attached, so as to assure safety without impairing scenery. PSOLUTION: The gently sloping revetment bank 2, wherein a plurality of revetment blocks 1 are constructed in the form of stairs, is divided into a dangerous part R1, which is slippery and easy to get hurt, and a path R2 for walking. Fake rocks 4 of a predetermined height for landscape molding are integrally and permanently fixed on the border line or on the revetment blocks 1 corresponding to the dangerous part R1 where necessary, while, if desired, a lighting device 12 of a solar-power generation type is installed on the landscape-molding fake rocks 4 or the like, so that walkers may not enter into the dangerous part R1.
