PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earth fastener which is easily configured at a reasonable price and which is used in order to conduct electrically multiple metal frame bases positioned in a straight line to mount a photovoltaic power generation module so that the operation time can be shortened by easily and securely doing the conducting operation.SOLUTION: An earth fastener 20 comprises: a fastener main body 21 which can hold the plate parts of two metal frame bases adjacent to each other which are formed by bending elastic metal thin plates so that they have a U-shaped cross section; a pair of inner side projection parts 22 which are formed by bending the pair of flat plate parts 21a of the fastener main body 21 facing each other to the inside at their tip side parts; multiple pointed protrusion parts 23 formed in the pair of inner side projection parts 22.
