PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell-gas turbine generator set capable of operating a fuel cell and a gas turbine in the maximum efficiency and to provide a combined generator set. PSOLUTION: The fuel cell-gas turbine generator set includes a compressor 3 compressing air; the fuel cell 31 in which the compressed air compressed with the compressor 3 is supplied, and oxygen in the compressed air reacts with fuel through an electrolyte to generate electric power; a combustor 10 burning exhaust gas containing exhaust air from the fuel cell 31 and unreacted fuel; the gas turbine 4 in which combustion gas from the combustor 10 is expanded; a power generator 5; and a bypass passage 64 through which part of compressed air compressed with the compressor 3 is supplied to the combustor 10, and the compression ratio of the compressor 3 and the expansion ratio of the gas turbine 4 are set in the pressure ratio making a heat exchanger, which conducts heat exchange between the compressed air and the exhaust gas, unnecessary.
