PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing deoxyribonucleotide triphosphate (dNTP) from relatively low cost deoxyribonucleotide monophosphate (dNMP) as a raw material to expand the uses of dNTP as an industrial raw material. PSOLUTION: This method for producing the deoxyribonucleotide triphosphate (dNTP) by the phosphorylation of the deoxyribonucleotide monophosphate (dNMP) is characterized by having (1) the first phosphorylation process for reacting dNMP with ATP in the presence of a microorganism transformant having a recombinant vector having nucleoside monophosphate (NMP) kinase gene and having nucleotide monophosphate kinase to obtain the deoxyribonucleotide diphosphate (dNDP) and (2) the second phosphorylation process for reacting dNDP with ATP in the presence of nucleoside diphosphate (NDP) kinase to obtain dNTP.
