PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology of compensating deterioration of a reproduced image caused by distortion of interference fringe formed in a hologram recording medium.;SOLUTION: A hologram recording device 1 includes: a wavefront controller 13 for changing a wavefront state of reference light irradiated to a recording medium 12 in which black and white binary image is recorded and reflecting the light; a CCD 24 imaging the reproduced light of the black and white binary image reproduced by the recording medium 12 irradiated with the reflected reference light; and a measurement control device 25.
