PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner cleaning device, capable of leveling a surface toner on a sliding roller, for stably polishing a photoreceptor drum.;SOLUTION: The toner cleaning device is provided with the sliding roller 34, having a rotation axis Q2 above a rotation axis Q1 of the photoreceptor drum 20; a cleaning blade 33 arranged below the sliding roller 34; a toner reservoir plate 35, arranged below the sliding roller 34, to temporarily collect waste toner scraped off by an edge of the cleaning blade 33, an extension part 35a, which is arranged in the toner reservoir plate 35 apart from the outer circumference of the sliding roller 34, extended along the sliding roller 34 turning direction downstream side, to make a substantially arc-shaped cross section, and provided with an edge 35b, positioned diagonally downward at an angle θ of 45 degrees or larger from the rotation axis Q2; and a scraper 37 having the edge brought into contact with the counter direction on the turning direction downstream side of the sliding plate 34 farther beyond the front edge 35b the extension part 35a.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
