PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a throw-away drill holder with high working efficiency and energy efficiency by efficiently forming a spiral blind hole which is a step in the middle of forming a coolant hole.;SOLUTION: This is the manufacturing method of the throw-away drill holder with the coolant hole passed from the front end to the rear end. It comprises a step of preparing a material for a main body section with a through-hole partially formed of a spiral hole, a step of preparing a solid material for a cutting section, a step of obtaining a material for the drill holder by friction pressure bonding of the material for the cutting section to the front end of the material for the main body section, a step of obtaining a blank for the drill holder by lathe machining of the outer shape of the material for the drill holder, a step of forming at least one chip discharging groove in the main body section of the blank for the drill holder, and a step of completing the coolant hole by forming at least one insert attachment seat in the cutting section of the blank for the drill holder and forming a linear hole communicated with the through-hole.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
