PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an invitation schedule prediction method most suitable for inviting by a direct mail to a customer.;SOLUTION: This method includes: a storage process for storing content; a generation process for generating an invitation schedule for presenting the content to a prediction object customer or other customers; a presentation process for presenting the content to the prediction object customer and other customers based on the invitation schedule; a collection process for collecting reaction data of the prediction object customer and other customers to the invitation by the content; and a prediction process for specifying only a customer invited successfully among other customers based on the reaction data of other customers, determining similarity between reaction data of the specified customer and reaction data of the prediction object customer, and using a customer invitation schedule acquiring reaction data having the highest similarity as a future invitation schedule for the prediction object customer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
