PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna coil for an NMR probe formed of a material having low magnetic susceptibility and a high Q-value at the same time, and its material. PSOLUTION: This antenna coil is constituted of a base metal part formed by combining a plurality of materials having each different magnetism so that each magnetism is compensated mutually, and an oxide super conductor layer provided on the outer peripheral part of the base metal part, and the base metal part is integrated by clad processing and wound in a solenoid coil shape, while selecting some of a round shape, a flat square shape, a hexagonal shape and a quadrangular shape, as a coil sectional shape.
