PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyol composition for molded open cell flexible polyurethane foams having high refound resilience and excellent mechanical strength and not requiring a crushing process, and to provide a method for producing molded open cell flexible polyurethane foams. PSOLUTION: This polyol composition for molded open cell flexible polyurethane foams, for reacting with a polyisocyanate compound to form the open cell flexible polyurethane foam in a mold, comprising at least a polyol compound, water as a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer and a catalyst, is characterized in that the polyol composition does not contain a polymerpolyol, and the polyol compound comprises a polyetherpolyol containing at least one selected from initiators having 3 or 4 functional groups, having an average mol. wt. of 4,000 to 8,000, having ethylene oxide polymerization units at the terminals, and having an ethylene oxide polymerization unit content of 5 to 20 wt.%.
