PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system allowing resource selection satisfying restriction for mutually acting and operating to requirement of a resource group having correlation by a resource requiring person.;SOLUTION: A resource group retrieval means 21 receives the requirement of the resource group from an input device 1, and investigates whether a resource satisfying all pieces of the requirement is present in a resource information storage part 31 or not. When the resource group satisfying the resource requirement is present, a resource restriction inspection means 22 investigates whether the plurality of resources stored in a resource restriction storage part 32 satisfy the restriction for mutually acting or not to a resource group candidate, and selects only the resource group candidate satisfying the restriction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
