PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid narrowing a space and interfering with people passing and living.;SOLUTION: A first mark M1 and an image sensor F are fixed to the floor side A, and a mirror member C1 and a second mark M2 are fixed to the ceiling side B. The first mark M1 reflected in the mirror member C1, and the second mark M2 fixed to the ceiling side, are detected by the image sensor F. When an earthquake or the like occurs and the ceiling and floor are relatively displaced in a nearly horizontal direction, the displacement (interlayer displacement) is known based on the detection result of the image sensor F. Since the image sensor F optically detects the position of each mark in a non-contact state, the respective marks M1, M2, the mirror member C1 and the image sensor F are sufficient if they are respectively arranged on the floor side or ceiling side without needing to arrange any member from the ceiling to the floor, thereby avoiding narrowing the space and interfering with passing and living.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
