PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a random number sequence group generator or the like for generating a random number sequence group consisting of a plurality of random number sequences having a lowest possible correlation with each other.;SOLUTION: In the random number sequence group generator 101: a plurality of random number sequence generating sections 102 respectively output, as a random number sequence, the result of applying a prescribed modification function to a pseudo random number generated by using a recurrence formula; an initialization section 103 assigns an initial value for generating random numbers to each of the plurality of random number sequence generating sections 102; and an independent component analysis section 104 performs independent component analysis of the plurality of random number sequences and outputs a plurality of new random number sequences. Preferably, a Chebyshev polynomial can be used as the recurrence formula to be used by the random number sequence generating section 102 so that the orders are made different from each other, and the initial values assigned by the initialization section 103 are made different from each other. When a function satisfying super-efficiency conditions is applied as the modification function, the signal-to-noise ratio when the random number sequence is used as a spread code is particularly enhanced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
