PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inexpensive intaglio transfer plate to be used for an intaglio transfer method, the plate being produced by a method excluding a surface process of a fluorocarbon resin plate and showing such properties that when a curable material with addition of an ink repelling material is supplied to the recessed part and cured, the ink-repelling material is segregated on the face of the curable material in contact with the surface of the intaglio plate.;SOLUTION: At least a part of the surface layer of the intaglio plate 1 for transfer is made of a substance having a low critical surface tension or is made by precipitation of a substance having an effect of decreasing the critical surface tension.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
