PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine timing so as not to radiate reading waves to a plurality of RFID readers simultaneously arranged with a distance wherein interference may occur.;SOLUTION: An operation management apparatus 140 groups the plurality of RFID readers 110 reading the same individual identification information on the basis of the individual identification information of device managing RFID tags 102 read by respective RFID readers 110. Then, the operation management apparatus 140 controls the RFID readers 110 belonging to the same group to read the RFID tags asynchronously.
