PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a topcoat composition for urethane coating film waterproofing which is excellent in adhesiveness with a urethane waterproof material and has good weatherability. PSOLUTION: The topcoat composition for urethane coating film waterproofing comprises a polyisocyanate resin (A) obtained by allowing a polyisocyanate (A1) to react with a polyol (A2), wherein the polyisocyanate (A1) comprises 30 mass% or more of a polyisocyanate (A1-a) having one or more allophanate bonds and two or more isocyanate groups in one molecule.
