PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microdevice for enabling the manipulation of a minute object in a liquid under fluorescence observation.;SOLUTION: The microdevice includes at least one site to be captured in a fluid by an electrostatic force, a magnetic force, a light pressure force, a hydrodynamic force and the like and at least one site having a shape or mechanism suitable for manipulating an object, wherein the X-Y dimension of at least one site among these sites is less than 100 μm and a fluorescent label 3 is present in at least one local region sufficiently distant from the contact site 2 to the object 8 on the microdevice. Thereby the position of the microdevice can be easily detected under fluorescence observation and at the same time the observation of the fluorescence of the object 8 itself becomes possible, and the measurement of a minute force and the accurate measurement of the elasticity and the like of the intracellular minite organ and the like can be performed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
