PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic determination system using a line sensor, which readily aligns a line sensor with a goal line and always easily monitors whether alignment with the goal line is appropriately performed or not.;SOLUTION: The electronic determination system images the goal line in a sports stadium by a line sensor at certain slit intervals and displays the linear images continuously on the goal line to provide an image for determination arrival order. LEDs are installed at both ends on the goal line or on the extension from both ends of the goal line, and the direction of the line sensor is set so that light emission display of the LEDs has the maximum luminance in the monitor, so that the line sensor is aligned to accurately image the goal line.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
