PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a power supply connector appropriately and prevent the power supply connector after use or in unused from being left elsewhere than a predetermined position.;SOLUTION: If a user who parked a vehicle in a parking space 3 and supplied power to the vehicle does not put a power supply connector 72 back to a power supply connector keeping part 84, a fee adjustment machine 11 does not perform adjustment processing for a power supply fee or a parking fee and a flap board 6 of a flap device 5 is kept in an erected position. After the user puts the power supply connector 72 back to the power supply connector keeping part 84, the fee adjustment machine 11 performs the adjustment processing and the flap board 6 is set down to allow the vehicle to exit after completing the adjustment.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
