PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire effect determination program, a fire effect determination device and a fire effect determination method capable of correctly determining a fire effect of a bullet including agents.;SOLUTION: In the fire effect determination program executed in a computer 11, a storage device stores a setting parameter table in which an evaporative rate of the agent in bursting the bullet is set with respect to each agent included in the bullet, and an arithmetic processing unit has a step for acquiring an evaporative rate of the agent in bursting the bullet from the setting parameter table on the basis of the kind of the agent included in the bullet, a step for calculating the amount of the agent remaining in the soil and the amount of the agent diffusing to atmospheric air in bursting the bullet on the basis of the amount of the agent included in the bullet and the evaporative rate of the agent in bursting the bullet, and a step for determining wear damage on an object existing in a contamination range on the basis of the calculated amount of the agent remaining in the soil and the calculated amount of the agent diffusing into the atmospheric air.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
