At this moment, a mixture 40 is stirred by its own weight by rotating a chamber 35 while applying centrifugal force to the mixture 40 by revolving the chamber 35 after housing the mixture 40 including the infinite number of the carbons and water 32 into the chamber 35 to obtain an intermediate 41.
