摘要

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber-made cylindrical body capable of locking a reinforcing cord layer by beads sufficiently while forming the reinforcing cord layer easily. PSOLUTION: A central shaft is surrounded by a reinforcing cord 8 inclined to pass through both end parts of a cylindrical rubber membrane 4. The reinforcing cord 8 is arranged in two layers in the peripheral direction by shifting it by predetermined pitch in the peripheral direction per winding at a time. A linear member 9 is applied on an applying part 8a of the reinforcing cord 8 while surrounding the central shaft by the reinforcing cord 8. After arranging the linear member 9 at the whole periphery, its both ends are mutually connected to form an annular bead 6, which locks reinforcing cord layers 5a, 5b in two layers being continuous in end parts for each other.
