PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further surely acquire a prospective customer using a map and a blog-posted article.;SOLUTION: When a Web server processing part 110 receives a map request from a client, a map processing part 123 generates and returns a map document for receiving a transmission instruction of property information in a position of the map corresponding to a real estate property position. When the Web server processing part 110 receives the client's request according to the instruction, a work support part 122 reads URL of a property information-intermediate agent page from a data storage part 100, and generates and returns a property information display document with a link to the URL being embedded.
