PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of reducing the vibration of a structure with at least one rotor 101_j and a set of fixed turbulence sources 102_j for vibrating the rotor to generate turbulence in a fluid flow 11.;SOLUTION: The method comprises steps of: including the non-uniform angle distribution of the fixed turbulence sources to reduce the amplitude of excitation received by the rotor; determining a first signal whose Fourier transform corresponds to the frequency spectrum of the excitation when the fixed turbulence sources are distributed along predetermined uniform angle distribution; correcting the first signal into a second signal adaptable to the selected angle distribution of the fixed turbulence sources, a step of calculating the Fourier transform of the second signal to determine the frequency spectrum of the excitation; calculating the response of the rotor to the excitation in accordance with the frequency spectrum of the excitation; and confirming that the maximum amplitude of the response of the rotor is obtained, in accordance with these steps.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
